Complete listings only. We publish a rooftop once every field below is filled, the photos actually show the roof, and the details match what we can see. Anything missing, unclear or contradictory is held back until you fix it — an incomplete listing wastes the renter's time and yours. Roofs with a parapet under 3.5 feet are not listed at all, because the Punjab rules do not permit them.
Basant Shop advertises these listings. We do not inspect rooftops, take bookings, or handle any payment between owners and renters. Rents shown are the owner's asking figure and are agreed directly with them. The rooftop owner is responsible for meeting the Punjab rooftop safety requirements — the 3.5-foot parapet standard and the rest — and for obtaining an NOC where the gathering needs one. Check the roof yourself before you pay anybody.
